About the Project
I’ve always been the “let me fix it” person — from sewing and knitting to assembling furniture and repairing things around the house. Pracownia Skóry Marevo is where that hands-on habit turned into a paid skill: leather restoration and repairs.
I started from zero, learned the craft step by step, and built real consistency through practice. Today I restore leather items in my free time alongside my main job, document before/after results on Instagram, and take on paid restorations in Kraków.

Bringing It to Life:
Learning the basics from scratch: materials, finishes, dyes, fillers, conditioning, and color matching;
Building a toolkit and workflow for cleaning, repair, recoloring, and finishing;
Practicing on test pieces to improve precision and repeatable results;
Developing a simple intake process: assessment, scope, timeline, and pricing;
Photographing and documenting work consistently for Instagram (creating portfolio);
Setting up Google Maps presence;
What I’m Proud Of:
Turning a practical skill into a real side income;
Visible, measurable transformations (and a growing before/after portfolio);
Building a local project in Kraków that I can keep scaling over time.
